The look of cedar without the rot. Engineered for hurricane wind and impact, 50-year material warranty, and we are a certified installer. Our first choice for any home that had cedar shake.

TPO single-ply membrane
For flat and low-slope roofs, terraces and the sections behind parapets. Heat-welded seams, white reflective surface, fully adhered or mechanically fastened.

Metal: standing-seam, R-panel, Retro-R
Standing-seam panels for new roofs, and R-panel or Retro-R over Roof Hugger sub-purlins to re-roof an existing metal building without a tear-off: no demolition, no downtime for the business underneath. Commercial, warehouse and residential.

Asphalt shingle

Most roofers in The Bahamas offer a year, if that. We put five years on paper because we strip to the deck, replace what is rotten, seal the whole roof with Grace Ice & Water Shield and install to the manufacturer’s spec. The manufacturer warrants the material. We warrant the work.

Site visit and drone survey
We measure the roof, fly it, and show you the photos. You see the ponding, the failed flashing and the soft decking before we price anything.

Written proposal
Scope, system, price and programme on paper. Out-island freight and travel as their own lines. No surprises.

Strip, inspect, repair
Old roof off one section at a time. Every rafter and sheet of decking checked and replaced where it needs to be. Dried in before we leave each day.

Seal and install
Grace Ice & Water Shield over the whole deck, then the new roof laid by a certified crew to the manufacturer’s spec.

Walk-through and warranty
Drone photos of the finished roof, a clean site, and your 5-year workmanship warranty in writing.

Questions we get asked
What does the 5-year workmanship warranty cover?
Any leak or defect that comes from how we installed the roof, for five years from the date we finish. We come back and fix it at our cost. It sits on top of the manufacturer’s material warranty (50 years on Enviroshake, 20 to 30 years on most TPO and metal systems). It does not cover storm damage from named hurricanes, damage by others, or roofs we did not install.
How long does a roof replacement take?
A typical 4,000 sq. ft. house is two to three weeks on site once materials have landed. Enviroshake is ordered to size from Canada, so allow 8 to 12 weeks from deposit for delivery. We strip and dry-in one section at a time so the house is never open overnight.
Do you work on the Family Islands?
Yes. We have roofed on Harbour Island, Royal Island and Paradise Island. Freight, crew travel and accommodation are priced as their own line items, so you see them.
Why not just repair my cedar shake?
Cedar lasts 12 to 15 years in The Bahamas before it splits, curls and lets water through. Patching buys a season or two. If more than a quarter of the roof is failing, replacement is the cheaper decision over five years.

Call or send a few photos and the address. We visit, fly the drone over the roof so you can see what we see, and send a written proposal with scope, price and programme. No charge for the visit on New Providence.

Yes. Contractors’ All Risks, General Liability and Workers’ Compensation cover on every job. Certificates on request.
